BYD declared the delivery of 470 pure electric buses to Bogota, the cash of Colombia. This is the country’s largest pure electric bus fleet, and also the largest bus fleet BYD has shipped in the Americas.
The Bogota town authorities and the Bogota town community transportation authority (Transmilenio) held a delivery ceremony for the initially batch of 120 buses which will be utilized on nine routes across the town by from 26 December, 2020, and will serve somewhere around 69,300 passengers together the routes.
