Valeo appoints Christophe Perillat as deputy CEO

Valeo has appointed Christophe Périllat as deputy CEO and director.

The appointments are in line with the succession program of Jacques Aschenbroich, as in depth in October, 2020 and in Valeo’s 2020 Common Registration Document.

The succession program provides the separation of the roles of chairman of the board and CEO will get place in January, 2022, with Aschenbroich continuing to act as chairman until finally the conclude of his present-day term of business as director, that is, until finally May perhaps, 2023 and being succeeded by Périllat as CEO from January, 2022.

Périllat was appointed associate CEO of Valeo on October 27, 2020.

After becoming a member of the Valeo Group in 2000, Périllat held many management positions in a quantity of Group providers progressively expanding in dimension, until finally he turned COO in 2011 and associate CEO in October, 2020.

Formerly, Périllat labored in the aeronautics market with tools maker, Labinal, in offer chain, plant, venture and subsidiary management positions in France and in the US.
